Fees and Services Provided

Currently, there are no fees associated with access to the Diplomacy.Ca web site. There are no plans to incorporate fees at this time. Donations may be made, but do not imply any sort of guarantee of service and may be used for any purpose at the discression of the site administration.

While it is the intent of Diplomacy.Ca to offer quality services, there is no binding requirement to do so. Although Diplomacy.Ca will attempt to provide accurate and usable information, no warranty, either explicit or implied, is offered, for services or received information quality or accuracy. Any reception or usage of information or services is at the sole risk of the account holder. Further, it is agreed that data or services received have no implied or expressed guarantee of validity or functional appropriateness.

Account Holder Agreement

• that the Diplomacy.Ca site adminstration may contact them for the purposes of their participation in site activities while they are a member and maintain an account;
• to use the services/resources as permitted by law for all applicable jurisdictions;
• not to use the services/resources for the transmission of any materials (textual, graphic, or otherwise) prohibited by law in either the transmitting or receiving jurisdiction;
• not to violate the moral rights, or any other rights of any person, firm or corporation; or carry out any other act or omission which is contrary to governing law;
• not to use any process, program, or tool to attempt access to other account(s) or unauthorized service(s)/resource(s);
• to provide accurate name and email address information to allow Diplomacy.Ca to contact the account holder as needed for participation in activities on the site;
• that Diplomacy.Ca services/resources may never be used to send unsolicited mail, advertising or promotional materials to others which includes, but is not limited to mass mailings commonly known as "spam";
• not to share their account access information with anyone else and to maintain their password. Diplomacy.Ca suggests creating a password that is a non-dictionary word of at least 6 characters, containing mixed case, symbols and numbers. Further, it is not a good idea to use the same password on multiple web sites. Passwords may be changed by the user at any time through online options.

Account Termination

By creating an account, the account holder agrees that Diplomacy.Ca may terminate, disable or limit the account access without notice, for any reason.

An account holder may request that their own account be removed at any time. Posted materials (other than personal information) may remain the property of Diplomacy.Ca upon account termination/removal.

Internet Content

Some of the services available through the Internet deal with subjects, contain language or images about subjects which may be objectionable to some and in any event are intended solely for adult audiences. Account holders less than 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian agree to these conditions to indicate acceptance and knowledge of these terms and an agreement to supervise access by such account holders. Reasonable efforts and monitoring will be in place to try and make this a "family-friendly" site, but materials may be posted, or available via external links, that are not reviewed by the site administration.

Copyright Considerations

The account holder assumes all risks regarding copyrights on received material from any and all sources, and any determination of the extent of the permission required for re-use. The account holder agrees not to infringe copyright laws as laid out in any relevant local or remote jurisdiction.

The Terms and Conditions for this site are subject to change without notice and should be reviewed by the account holder on a regular basis. By maintaining an account, the account holder is expressing agreement to the stated Terms and Conditions.
