Osborne Computing Services (OCS), owned and operated by David Osborne, has been providing consulting and programming services since 1984 and is based in Ottawa, Canada.
In operation since 1984 as Diplomacy Haven Bulletin Board (BBS) and since 1999 as Diplomacy.ca Web Site, this is one of the first sites that allows you to participate in the board game "Diplomacy" through an automated online system. Many of the others are simply email adjudication sites that do not offer the range of services that you will find here. The best part is that we offer this service completely free! (although we do operate at a loss and donations are accepted - see the Web Site Donations link for more information and to see how you can contribute)
Diplomacy.Ca provides a fully automated means to enjoy the game of Diplomacy allowing players to meet electronically and to enter their unit 'orders' online. Diplomatic negotiations take place via e-mail or other means left up to the players discretion.
